How on do I get a Quickstart to import into OOTP?

I am trying to import a Quickstart game file I found on the forums into OOTP 16 (Version16.9 Build 39) and I keep getting this message when trying to load it up in game.
" This quickstart game must be loaded from our server before you can use it. Please open the Add-Ons Central in the Game menus, locate the quickstart game in the file list, then download and install it."

I looked in the add-on menu but the quick start I downloaded did not show up.
Any help would be awesome

quickstarts go into the quickstart folder. they will have the extension quick. If they have .lg they go in the saved games folder.
You may have to reload teh add ons central. I cant find the thread for it right now so maybe someone else will help ya out or you can try an advanced search under the 16 GD forum.

Do you see the qs you wanted in either SS?

Make sure you are on the 2nd folder not the 1st one. After you unzip go into the folder and cut the 2nd cbl file and paste it into your Qs folder. See the 1st 4 SS's for how yoursis looking compared to m#5 after i moved hth correct folder.
