New Fantasy Mode? (ALL Players)

I'm not sure if this has been proposed before but it'd be really cool to be able to create teams/leagues but from a pool of all the players that have ever played, fixed-rated to their peak years.

So you'd be able to ice a team with let's say Conor McDavid, Bobby Orr and George Vezina.

There could be so many possibilities, like creating a league made of only the dynasties (ie 70s Habs, 80s Oilers, 90s Penguins, 90s/00s Avs/Wings, 10s Hawks).

Or something similar to that What If Sports? website where you can build a dream team with whoever you want, and even each year's version of every player (ie you could choose 1988-rookie-Sakic or 1996-Cup-champion-Sakic)

I know that FHM is it's own entity, but there was a setting in OOTP's old league creation to generate random historical rookies. The league creation is now completely locked to a wizard in FHM 2, and I'd like to see that have a comeback, but that could be a whole nother post.
It was super cool to see a 17 year old Ken Griffey Jr in one of my draft reports; I could imagine feeling the same thing pulling a young Gretzky or something in a scouting report!

You still can in OTTP and Radom Debut to if you have November 1st as Draft Day.

Yeah, I know you can do it in OOTP, but I said that I wish the entire world customization would make a comeback in FHM, and acknowledged that they were different entities. I tried for a long time to get my league the way I wanted it, even with the wizard,
