Fielder "yellow" indicator

What does the little yellow circle with something inside of indicate on a players defensive "box" on the field next to his name? Cannot see exactly
what is inside of "circle".

Not sure, but you seem to be describing the Gold Glove icon. It means the player has won a Gold Glove at some point in his career.
