OOTP 17 - Features Wanted

When playing OOTP 16 as either GM or Manager only .

Feedback as manager from GM and owner

Feedback as General manager from the owner and Manager -- would also like to give direction to manager ..... (ex. bringing up young players late as GM and directing manager to play them so they can be evaluated)

Would think that be the job of the Assistant GM NOT owner. If owner has a favorite minor leaguer he likes I would think he would get the nod over what the GM would want to bring up. Unless of course during September
