Secondary Logos for teams with Randomly Generated Logos

I must be missing something... hoping someone can help out.

Working with a league I imported from OOTP15. If I have a team that I don't have historical logos for (in my \data\logos folder), and I have to use OOTP to generate a random logo for me, it doesn't seem to generate the "secondary" smaller logo for me. As a result, I end up with missing logos for these teams in certain places, specifically the team scheduled calendar screen (where the game should be using the _40.png logo, but one never gets generated by OOTP) - see this thread.

If I create my own logo and manually set it to be the secondary logo, OOTP generates all the different size logos in my news\html\images\team_logos folder without issue. But for automatically generated logos, I'm not sure what to do.

Any thoughts?

Confirmed.

Furthermore, there is a second issue with the lack of secondary logos, but I'd rather talk to Markus and co. privately about it.
