PC or Mac?
On PC-
Do you know where OOTP puts it's saved games folders?
Default install:
C:/users/"username"/Documents/OOTP/OOTP16/saved_games
Is your league there?
Open the league folder, copy the .dat files.
Back to saved games->Create folder "AttempedRestoration.lg"
The ".lg" is critical.
Paste the .Dat files in the new folder.
Fire up OOTP and see if that is in the Load Game screen.
Post results here.

Good luck,
TOm (LP)

once you locate those paths, re-input them into the game's settings. maybe something changed them like a patch or even some 3rd party application in some instances.

if it occurs again, try to remember what you ran inbetween. you should be able to locate and ignore that "fix" in the 3rd party program. a registry cleaner or that sort of stuff might change things. i believe the paths are from a txt or ini file in the game's root directory as opposed to the registry, but you get the idea.

tip: always re-route stuff from saving to users/directories. i wouldn't even use "program files" or "program files x86" directories for anythign you install. make a games/ apps / whatever directory on your own. windows treats these directories differently and it can cause avoidable problems for zero rational reasons.
