ERROR - Database: could not save team logo!

Theres a bug in OOTP17, it happens when creating a New Standard Game and continuing the game. Game has all leagues including international. When continuing game, it pauses at 44% Creating / Checking Parent Team Logos... Then it asks to select OK and then it proceeds to playing game.

Try to run the game as admin (right-click your OOTP 17 icon -> run as admin) and make sure your HD has enough free space.

Hello Markus. I am not able to do as you requested "Try to run the game as admin (right-click your OOTP 17 icon -> run as admin)".

I am using a macbook pro running Mac OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.4 (15E65) with over 80 GB of HD space and I purchased the game OOTP17 version 17.3.33 via the Mac App Store.

I figured out a temporary fix for the bug after thorough research through the game.

Since the leagues including international teams was already created, I always received the ERROR message when continuing the game. The game pauses at 44% Creating / Checking Parent Team Logos… Then it asks to select OK and then it proceeds to playing game.

First, I went to the team Caffè Danesi Nettuno in the Italian Baseball League. Then I went to team settings and changed the city/name to Caffe Danesi Nettuno. Notice I changed the è to e.

Then I went to modify team colors, logos and textures. Selected "generate random" for primary logo. Finally, the game created a team logo with a "C" inside of bats.

I restarted the game and received no problems or errors.

However! It still happens when creating a New Standard Game with international leagues especially Italian leagues.

So to conclude it seems that the error is due to the letter è for the team Caffè Danesi Nettuno. It needs to be changed to a regular "e" in the DATABASE. Hopefully this can be fixed.
