Historical League - Drafter players not on rosters?

In 1961 I took over the Houston Colt 45's, and my team and the Mets didn't have an issue with the expansion draft, that was fine.

But, the issue I have is, I held my first amateur draft, 20 rounds, and none of my drafted players are showing up on rosters. So for example, I drafted Rusty Staub in round 1, signed him, and if you click on his name, it shows he's with the AAA, Oklahoma City team. But, when you look at the Rosters & Transactions screen, he's nowhere to be found. Only the guys I drafted in the expansion draft that I demoted to AAA are showing up? And since the season started, those guys have stats, but on Rusty's players card, there are no stats? Same goes with the other 19 players I drafted?

I've had this same thing happen, did you check the DFA section? If he isn't there go to Rusty's Player card transactions and send him to AAA (I know this works) or you may be able to have the AI set up complete minor leagues and have him show up

It's like the players are in limbo, not a perfect solution but it does work until they address this in a patch

Thanks for the reply. I demoted him to single A Durham, and he showed up, so appears that's what I'll do for the other drafted players. I did earlier go into his profile and manually put in Oklahoma City, but he still didn't show up. Looks like either demoting or promoting the player will have him show up, and then I can move them to the proper level. Glad there's only 20 to do, although I should check out the Mets as well. I just moved them all to the lowest level minors, and when I simmed to the next day, they all disappeared again? Definitely a bug. Not sure what I'll do now, since this isn't working? Disappointing really. Oh well, I may start over again, or keep trying to figure on a fix.

wow, didn't think that would happen, but I've been doing sims by the year and not really paying too much attention up to this point. Did you report it in the Bug section?

I would need the league files to look at this... also, try going to your MLB teams transactions overview, and in the "available actions" menu hit "Ask AI to set up complete team...", maybe that will help.
