2 bugs

So the freaking game keeps changing the players scouting relative to "random" leagues. I'll notice because all of a sudden everybody has an 80/80 scale and I have to change it back to MLB.

Also, my AI is putting the players that should be in AAA down in the GCL league. I hit the ask AI to complete minor league system and it completely jacked up where players were playing.

1) in game settings (first page) umcheck the box which pertains to this. The default is MLB to start with. Checking the box just allows it to be something else.
