Durability
I know it will show Ps getting tired during games and injuries for all. Will it show players also getting tired? If so, is it only after so many games or will it also show a player getting tired during game?

Keep in mind that position players in OOTP don't register as tired until they are under 90%. Not sure about that. The point being a position player can be less than 100% but just fine.

I understand that. Will it show a player being tired on your roster when you check your lineup? Players are given a day off every once in awhile, was just hoping a player would appear with a symbol like pitchers do or a different color when he gets down to a certain level. In Puresim, player have a set of color codes to show they might be getting too tired and need a day off.
