Pitcher's Days Off Bug
FTP File: 1930 Indians Days Rest Bug.zip
I have come across this bug a number of times where the number of days off for a pitcher miscalculates, causing them to remain fatigued for too long. In this case I am replaying 1930 Cleveland Indians historical season. On 15th of April, Wes Ferrell was the starting pitcher. On 16th of April, Willis Hudlin was the starting pitcher. When I go to play the 5th game of the season on April 19, and go to select Cleveland's starting pitcher, Wes Ferrell shows as having thrown 132 pitches 3 days ago and Willis Hudlin shows as having thrown 125 pitches 3 days ago also. There was no doubleheader so no way they pitched the same day. Wes Ferrell should show as having thrown 132 pitches 4 days ago. I have had this happen many times before, it is not a big deal with the historical seasons where pitchers had more stamina, but in more modern leagues it can really affect the pitching staff. I have tried searching the forums and google but have seen no resolution of this issue Thanks |

Never seen that happen before. The fatigue update happens daily for all players, so I have a hard time seeing how we'd fail to update it.
You said you've seen it happen multiple times - can you think of anything in common with those players, or how you've played out games? |

I can't think of any special circumstances that could be causing it. I guess I'll keep an eye out for it and see if there could be anything common between the occurrences.

Happened again, I'm at May 5 and I have two pitchers showing that they pitched two days ago, even though that is impossible, no doubleheaders. Check out their game logs for date of last game pitched and their status in the screenshots I have attached. I am at May 5. One pitcher pitched May 2 and the other May 3, both show as having pitched two days ago, but Wes Ferrell pitched 3 days ago. No a huge issue in this era where pitchers were workhorses but in other eras would have a huge effect.

And it's happening also in a modern league. I have 3 replays ongoing and this is now happening in 2 of 3. The 2013 Miami Marlins - you will see in the screenshots I am on May 9. Qualls shows as having thrown 12 pitches yesterday and 2 days ago instead of 2 and 4 days ago. Ramos is even more strange, showing 19 pitches yesterday but he threw 6 yesterday and 13 two days ago and it is adding them together. Also showing 20 pitches 3 days ago and should be 5 days ago. Finally to show a starting pitcher, Fernandez showing 84 pitches 3 days ago but really pitched 5 days ago. My entire pitching staff essentially is exhausted due to the missing off days.
