Blank player histories in online leagues

I'm in two OOTP17 online leagues that can't seem to get player histories to show. The player histories for all of our players are completely blank. Is this a well known issue? Anyone have a solution? I've never seen this issue in previous versions of the game.

This is also happening in one of our leagues, Commish is getting complete history and hasn't changed any settings, but we don't get any player history when we DL since we all updated to the latest build.

Same issue in the OOTP 17 league I am in. GM's can't download it, and it also doesn't show up in the reports.

Yes, We are in trouble, also, Player histories and Draft log is not allowed to manager except for commissioner.
