MLB/MiLB Contract Issue

So in my online league, we have reached the post-season and I noticed that the waiver wire had grown, but 192 players. I looked into it and it seems that a couple clubs had their minor league players' contracts changed to MLB minimum deals. Both owners (HOU and OAK) assure me that they did not offer the deals, but I checked just to make sure.

This is quite worrisome and any help is much appreciated. Not really looking forward to manually changing 192 contracts to MiLB deals.

A few things:
-Your zip file seems to be missing the world.dat file, which I need to open it up
-Were these players added to an active or secondary roster? If so, they basically need an MLB contract, so that could be how they came in.

But if you get me the world.dat file, I can open up the file and maybe have a more concrete answer as to what happened.

They were not added as far as I can tell. I have uploaded the World.dat file.

The problem is that I have no idea what could have caused this. It was reported only once before (a few weeks ago, but that was a solo league), so it's obviously something which is extremely rare and hard to reproduce (I did not manage to do it back then).

An update on this: some of the players were claimed by Philly. I manually moved them back into Houston's system, however, even though they were on Houston minor league teams, they remained on Philly's secondary roster with the Houston teams listed. I had to move them back to Philly then back to Houston a second time to remove them from Philly's roster.
