Online reports upload issue

so I am trying to get my reports to upload, I have been in talks with the server and we have done everything we can to try and fix the issue but its still not working.

I keep getting a Database Query Error : 1054 : Unknown column 'content' in 'field list' : SELECT content FROM reports WHERE (type="b" AND name="league_100_home")

both myself and the guy that owns the server can not figure out how to fix it

we are moving the league from OOTP16 to 17 and per the request of the server I deleted all the tables from the database from 16 and reuploaded with 17 and got the issue and then even the server host deleted the same files to see if I did it wrong and I am still getting the same error

it opens this link when I delete what I delete after unpacking and such

Gonna bump this up to see if we can get resolution...I'm having the exact same issue and am at a loss for html. I figure it's something easy?

Page 2 seems to have the same problems seen here, so if you follow through that and work through those debugging steps, that may help solve this issue.

Thanks but nothing in that thread helped...I've done it all and fear that I've actually gone backwards with my progress.
