Rookie league teams are not setting up their lineups

after the latest patch, the computer is not setting up lineups in rookie league. this is a standard league, i'm not controlling any team, and i didn't make a single change. You can see in the screenshot as I advance in days, it will go from no lineup, to a full lineup, back to a blank lineup

Because they have no players?

They have players on the roster and do actually play out the games, the depth charts are simply not generated.
