AI teams releasing top prospects in August???

It's the 3rd season of the game I started with OOTP 2016. In late August, AI team suddenly started to release 3 to 5 star, rookie league prospects, around a 100 of them. It seems to be related to the new version.

Is this a known issue?

Yes, as far as I know, there will be a hotfix coming soon
