San Diego Team Names
Adding a few expansion teams to my fictional league. I'd like to hear some suggestions on names for these cities, but most importantly, San Diego.

Monarchs is a good one for Cincinnati, being the Queen City. Another thing to consider is Cincinnati's historical ties to both the Pork industry and railroads. You could probably have a lot of fun with pork/pig theme. Or maybe combine the two: RailPigs, perhaps?

San Diego Marines? I know the real life Padres wear camo for the military bases there and the name works for both military and animals.

All are wonderful suggestions.
Leaning towards the Marines or Seagulls, but if I dig out some nice logos for the Burgandys or Missions, definitely would use. |

I'm a Navy Vet and lived in San Diego for 4 years. San Diego is more so a Navy town than Mariines first and foremost.
