Default ratings showing OSA, labeled as Head Scout

When I click on a player, their ratings/stats open and the "Head Scout" option is selected by default for the ratings. But when I click on "OSA" for ratings, nothing changes. Then I can click on "Head Scout" to change back, and the ratings change to what my head scout actually has.

This happens with ratings whenever I click on a player and whenever I start managing a new game. The game always defaults to "Head Scout" selected as the option, but OSA ratings showing.

The pictures below show what happens when I open a player page (#1), click on "OSA Ratings" (#2), and then click back to "Head Scout" (#3).
