Showing OSA ratings under Head Scout option

When I click on a player to open up their page, the game has "Head Scout" selected, but shows me the OSA ratings. I have to click "OSA" and then "Head Scout" to cycle through the ratings and actually bring up my scout's ratings. It does this whenever I open up a new game to manage too.

It feels like the game doesn't flag my scout's ratings as the default option even though it selects "Head Scout" as the default option. I went through the settings menus and didn't see anything that looked like it might fix it, so is this a bug? Or is there anything I can do to fix this and have my scout's ratings show up by default?
