lots of my young players refuse 2 way contracts, had the same problem with some free agents.

Was this for their original contract (in which case they should have been forced to accept 2-way deals as part of the entry-level contract rules) or renewing? If it's the latter, how good were the players? And I'm assuming you were playing in the NHL?

Yes it was for their entry level contract in the NHL, and the players were between 1-2 stars. I also had a 26 year old Russian player who i could only offer a 2-way contract to but he was demanding a 1mil+ 1 way contract, he was coming out of the KHL.

just an example: i had a 20 year old D man who played 2 seasons in the SHL. He was demanding a 1 way contract, but i was only able to offer a 2-way.

OK, something very wrong there, then, we'll investigate further. Let me know if you notice any particular pattern to the guys who are refusing.

I checked over about 5 guys, so not a big sample size and could just be coincidence but one thing they've all had in common so far is playing in a pro league overseas, SHL,ELH etc. Il keep checking as i play though cause i know 5 players isn't much.

Ah, OK, that's the issue with ELC rules not being applied properly to overseas players. On the list to be fixed.

Can you (or anyone else who's seeing this issue) upload a save where this is happening? Malte and I have been trying to replicate it with no luck. Either it got fixed in a test build as a side effect of fixing something else or it requires some set of circumstances we don't know about.
