payroll below salary floor AND team over budget

unable to advance game. 2014 Bruins season that was started in 2000. Team payroll is 76,572,366. Budget is 63,700,000. Salary cap is 72,006,874. Cap hit is 50,396,600. and salary floor is 52,800,000.

Money for free agents = -12,267,566 and for extensions = -1,317,566, yet under expenses listing have a balance of 44,397,041, and under salary cap info am told I have 21,610,274 available cap space for current year.

Doesn't make sense to me, but maybe I am missing something here. At any rate, unable to advance game.

Got it, thanks. I'm going to have to get Malte to take a look, the cap hit stuff looks accurate but the budget room being -12m makes no sense at all. The only way I could see that theoretically happening is if you had a bunch of massively frontloaded contracts, but that isn't the case here. Looks like it's happening leaguewide, too.
