Path to Glory - staff reputations reset to greenhorn

Playing as the Red Wings in Path to Glory, GM only. After my first season I have noticed that the coach's tactics have changed from puck control/retreating 1-2-2 to ultra conservative/neutral zone trap. I have seen this brought up before in the general discussions page with the same situation. When I checked my coaches and scouts, almost all of had their reputation reset to greenhorn.

Haven't seen that happen in a test before, I think we'll need to have a look at the save, can you upload it? Instructions for uploading it to our ftp server here, or you can zip the save directory for that game and post it on a file sharing site like filedropper.com or dropbox and send me the link.

Got it, thanks. Looks like it's happened to all the teams. The good news is, it won't actually affect your staff's performance, it'll just make them somewhat cheaper to re-sign. But we'll have a look and see what's gone wrong there.
