Full screen problem

I've been trying to change the display mode so I can see the bottom of the screen since the windows taskbar cuts it off. I changed my settings so they would be the same as I had them in FHM2 which worked perfectly, yet in FHM3 nothing changes.

Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this or work around it.

This may be a stupid question, but did you exit and restart the game?
