game crashes every time I try to start a game just bought it help please

We'll need a little more information. When exactly is it crashing - when you open the game itself, or after you reach the start screen and try to set up a new game? Do you get an error message, or does it just return to the desktop?

My game crashes whenever I try to laod a saved game. Gets to 100% and says finished, then I get the error message to close the program. Very Frustrtating...
