Sim freezes at 30th of Month

Hey Everyone, Anyone else experiencing Sim freezes on the 30th of the month. Each time I attempt to move the next day, it just sits there and doesn't move to the following day. The game doesn't crash, it just sits there doing nothing. I have to close the game down and try again. Now into my 2nd season, stuck on Nov 30th, cant move to next day. Attempted multiple times in the past day.

Some months do have extra housekeeping tasks at the beginning/end, so it's not unusual for the game to lag a bit on those dates (June 30 in particular). How long is it staying frozen like that? Even on a very slow system, it shouldn't be much longer than a minute or so.
