Transfer Offers

Is there a way to initiate transfer offers with other teams

I'm currently having to wait weeks or months at a time before I receive an offer from somebody

If the league allows transfers (i.e., cash-for-players) you can use the regular trade offer window to initiate them - the "Money" field will be enabled, allowing you to choose the offered amount.

Nothing happens whenever I click on the "Trade Offer" option under team settings

The only way I can initiate a transfer offer is by requesting a player from another team, which doesn't help me because I can only select their players and not my own

Ah, I thought you were looking for incoming transfers, not outgoing. I think we're going to have to make some changes to the trading interface to make that work; in the meantime, putting the players on the trading block (even though it's not technically a trade) should get you offers a little faster.

Are trade offers not available in all European leagues outside of the KHL

The VHL (Russian 2nd division) has them, but I think that's the only one.
