Offered contracts?

On the Finances page, the amount under Offered Contracts doesn't seem to be correct (I offered contracts to some players, I received a message that they want to negotiate the offer, then when I go to offer them a new contract, they're not interested). Some of these players have even signed elsewhere, but the Offered Contracts amount is still the same. Considering this is 25% of the budget of a team in France, this basically renders my team unplayable.

How do I remove offered contracts when there are no open offers to any players?

I'm having the same problem and am now stuck as I can't afford to hire enough players for a complete roster
