Pre game editor

It would be cool to have a pre game editor like they do in FM17 where you can add leagues competitions and edit players in the data base before you start a save file and then share your data base with other players

Would be good for to do Drafted by Teams or Homegrown Teams include retired guys or All-Time Greats.
