Hi Guys, been playing FHM since the 3rd Version - Slowly getting a grip of it, although I still miss a solid database of tactical knowledge.
What works, what not? Which tactic for my offense and defence? Which roles goes perfectly together for my tactic, ect. I hope some of you more experience guys, would participate and share some knowledge with screenshots ect ! I'll do my best, to share my ideas for success soon! |

I typically use Ultra Conservative Offense and Half-Ice Overload Defense. Essentially I try to keep the puck when I have it and be aggressive in acquiring the puck on Defense. I guess I envision my Team being patient with the puck (the opposition can't score if you don't give them the puck cheaply) and aggressive without it by denying the opposition Time and Space with the puck. I find it works pretty well (or it does in FHM3).

From defensive side, I also always used "Half-ice Overload" - if I had bit bigger and good checking players. I use "Stretching the D" when I'm managed more skill full teams like Leafs or Hawks ![]() |

I always want to try Cycling but I can never make it work well enough for the teams I coach (typically the Flames). |

What does these numbers mean? And how do i understand them in-game mode versus opponent team? Because, i guess if number is examp. 50 on Cycling and 71 on Torpedo = my team is better at Torpedo? |
