Team Select - Problem selecting team

When the list of teams to select is longer than the screen, scrolling down and selecting a team causes the page to auto-scroll back to the top and select whichever team now becomes the target of the cursor.

Here, I try to select the team "Portland Mountaineers" and it will force my hand and select "Indianapolis Bolts".

Windows 10 64-bit.

Edited: After a little bit of playing around, I see this only happens when the window is maximized. When windowed non-maximized, the list still auto-scrolls up but will select the intended team.
