2017 Rays and Yankees listed as inactive teams in Standard Mode

Just came across the Yankees (seems to be annual thing) and now the Rays listed in inactive. Just a heads up

Actually I think OOTP has it right here, and we should put our energy into making sure the real-life Yankees become inactive...
