Some Minor League Awards Missing + Bullpen Screen Problem

Just two very minor observations:

1) (maybe not a bug, but design?) Unlike OOTP18, In affiliated minor leagues settings, the Reliever Awards, Rookie Awards and Offense by Position Awards are no longer nameable (and awarded). There is a Manager Award, however it is not awarded. I would miss especially the Offense by Position Awards, especially when the Defense Award is still there.

2) On Bullpen Screen in Classic 3D and Classic 2D, the "Insert" button doesn't work for me. Based on experience from OOTP18, I would expect the confirming popup (whether I really want to insert the pitcher), but it does nothing for me.

Rookie isn't eligible for the minors, but I don't see why the others are missing, so we can probably fix that up.
And the bullpen dialog, yes, looks like that got screwed up if you're not using the warmup rule. We'll have that fix in the first patch post-release.
