Question About Player and Personnel Headshots

Hi all, this is the first year I've bought OOTP (have been a long-time Show user, but jumped due to the lack of franchise development in recent years). My first question relates to player and personnel headshots. I read about the method of adding the headshots to the photos folder, but my photo folder downloaded as a zip folder and will not allow me to add headshots to it. Am I doing this incorrectly?

A couple follow-up questions:
(1) I'd like to use the MLB headshots as provided on MLB.com (is there already a big file of these headshots so that I don't have to download all the headshots personally?
(2) For people who have used these photo files, what naming convention works best? I don't intend to ever play historical seasons.

Aside: I'm really impressed with the personnel section of this game, but is there a reason why the major league staff lacks the 1B, 3B, bullpen, and assistant hitting coach spots?
