Runner on third often doesn’t score on gb to SS or 2B with IF back

I have had this happen over and over: ground ball up the middle, fewer than two outs, and runner doesn’t score.

Even with no outs, when it’s a 6-4-3 dp, the runner stays at 3B.

Agreed. I've seen this far too often too. I imagine that this would be an easy adjustment to a variable in the code, rather than something that would require more thought.
