Unable to trade players across leagues

Using build 41 (Steam). Looked at existing postings but haven't seen this reported.

Tried several times to create a real world league with all leagues selected AND trading across leagues turned on.

Every time, when I try to find a player in another league and trade for him, I'm told it's not allowed. Used to do this regularly in OOTP18.

The code has not changed here, so I guess the league settings are not properly set up.

I understand how busy you all are so soon after release, but, in the release I have, this is still a valid issue.

I have an OOTP18 league that I imported with Trade Players Across Leagues set. When I play that league in OOTP19, trading works properly -- I can validate the settings are proper and I can validate that I can actually attempt a trade.

But after I create a new league in OOTP19, I can validate the settings are proper (it is set to allow trading across leagues), but it will NOT let me attempt a trade.

Please examine the league zip file that I uploaded. The league settings show that trading across leagues is enabled, but will not let me trade.

I have an update just uncovered tonight on this issue.

It appears that I am able to trade with the US Independent Leagues, but no others. I can confirm that when I created the league, I selected *all* leagues possible - yet, I cannot trade with ***, KBO, etc.

As a test, I created a league with only ***, KBO and AUS and enabled Allow Trade with Other Leagues. After selecting a *** team to play (Fukuoka), I was unable to initiate a trade with any other league other than ***. I verified afterwards that Allow trades with other Major Leagues was selected; it was.

Hopefully this extra information will help in debugging.

I downloaded the league and it works fine here. I set the IBL to allow trades with other Major Leagues, went into an italien roster, right-clicked on a player, selected trade for, and it worked.

Both leagues need to have that setting enabled.
