errors too high?
I'm in 1954, playing all of my games out, and I'm noticing that errors are a bit more common than perhaps they should be. I am in my 11th game, and my starting infield of Mathews, Logan, O'Connell and Adcock has made 3, 4, 3 and 0 errors respectively. Mathews and Logan have fielding percentages in the .910s, and O'Connell is in the .960s. This seems low to me. Is this something that playing games out causes or is it just a case of early season bad luck?

There's no difference in the engine if you play games out or sim.
I'd guess it's just bad luck from a small sample size.

Check total errors in team stats then pro rate by dividing GP at the end of season (should be 2474) by actual GP at the time you check. Errors in MLB for 1954 were 2274@0.976 fielding %

Okay, thanks. I'll have to see what it's like once I get to the All-Star break.
