Watching Games - Same game time
I'm in the playoffs of my league and I want to watch all the games, however if I choose the first game of the day when it's over the rest of the games are already simulated.
I've tried changing game times so they are 8 hours apart but are simulated when i get back to the main screen? Is there a setting to allow me to watch each game regardless of time? Thanks for help |

After you choose the game to play and the game goes to the game preview screen. Look for an option that says something in regards to sim games in back ground. This is on "yes" by default. Change it to from "yes" to "no" and you will be able to watch all your games. At work so I can't remember the exact wording of the feature.

David,
Thanks for your input here. In another thread (Out of town scores), I mentioned to the OP there that the Simulate in Background option was relevant to the problem he described. But I also observed that I have not yet figured out in OOTP 19 how to turn off the background simulation when playing out a game. It seems to be set to YES by default but I can't see any way to change it to NO. If you find a way, please let us know. |

One other point for the OP. If your games are at different times, then even if the Simulate in Background option is active, you can still see the other (later) games if you do this: while playing out your first game, at some point early in the game, go to the Options menu and select the Save and leave game option. You will be taken to the day's schedule of games and you can then return to your original game or move to a different active game. When whichever game you go to from there is over, you can exit and go back to the schedule and play out any games that have not yet been completed.
But if you stay with your first game and play it all the way through to the end, then when you exit, all of that day's games will have been played, no matter how late a start they had. |

Okay, I just checked and had a hard time finding the option. It's now under the team stats menu. I was able to switch it to no and back to yes.
