Game crashes upon completion of inaugural draft

So I've been messing around with setting up a promotion/relegation league. I "created" the game to test out some settings, but the game crashes at the end of the inaugural draft every time. I have no idea why. My first thought was that I had set something up incorrectly, but I've tried changing a whole bunch of settings with the same result every time.

Any idea what's wrong?
