Favorite 3D stadium to play in

I really like visiting SunTrust. I like the big screen right in the middle of center field. And something about the vibe of the stadium just says time to play ball for me.

My fictional team is in Buffalo so I used Rogers Centre.. I'd prefer to have a skyline I guess.

My Buffalo team plays at War Memorial from silvams collection. Pretty cool.

I actually like his fictional over in game stadiums.

I tried using those stadiums but I could never find them after I put them in my file.

Download. Extract them to your ballpark folder. Then open it up, there will be another folder. Copy and paste that in your Models folder. Its that easy.

I thought it was easy when I tried it but when I looked for the stadium it wasn't there. This just prompted me to look for it again and sure enough I put it in the wrong folder.

Always love the Astrodome, for sentimental reasons, and Minute Maid Park.

Silvam and adion have done such a good job with all of the historical stadiums that I enjoy even the cookie-cutters such as Riverfront and Three Rivers. I also like playing at Shea.

I love playing at Candlestick Park from the historical collection. But that is probably 90% nostalgia for the stadium I grew up in

Loved the old place and don't like COPA very much. Tiger Stadium was an intimate venue for baseball, COPA is expansive and the upper deck seats are a mile away from the game. Tiger Stadium was a park and Comerica Park is a stadium.

There are mods with the old parks, but people are saying that the game crashes with them, so might be best to wait for everything to get patched up.

Don’t know of many crash problems with the mod parks.

Hundreds of people have downloaded the ballpark mod through Steam or through the links silvam and adion have provided. Only two people have reported a problem, one of whom is trying to use the ballpark mod for 18, which is not necessarily compatible. So, to my knowledge, the problem, if there is one, is very rare.

Oh, that's great to hear. I thought I read about an issue somewhere in the Bugs or Mods forum. But I take back what I wrote and will give them a whirl. Thanks a bunch.

My best friend would always say Tiger Stadium was built for people like me me and Comerica Park was built for people like him. He would just sit there and talk all game long and ignore the game as if it wasn't going on in front row (nosebleed section even behind dugout. Where as at Tiger Stadium you pay attention to the game as you are practically on top of the field as it were. I was furious of the new park as I knew it would be a lot further back and no upper deck in outfield. and that the park would look like the brother of Jacobs field

I also enjoy Baker Bowl, and League Park for that same reason. They're super quirky.

The newer parks are all gorgeous. Historically, I really like playing at the later versions of Forbes Field. I'm also a big fan of Seals Stadium

Here are the 3D parks I enjoy playing in most...

Modern: Wrigley Field (Ironic, I know.) I still use the 3D model from OOTP 17. Just love the way the actual 3D buildings look lining the park. The 18 and 19 versions just don't have that same vibe without the 3D buildings. They removed the 3D warehouse building from Camden Park also, so I use the 17 version for that park as well.

Classic: Silvam's Sportsman's Park.
