I have a fictional pro-rel world that is set up with a league association so all levels use the same draft pool. I have it set up to generate a draft pool of 9 rounds for 7 rounds of drafting. However, for whatever reason it is only generating 360 players when I have 358 teams in the association. Any help?

I came across this issue. For me it only generated enough players for my top level. I got around it by setting the number of rounds much higher. My top league is 20 teams (50 teams overall) and I wanted 10 rounds of players, so set it for 25 rounds. That gave me the 500 players I needed.
