How to have multiple affiliated feeder leagues - but with different talent levels?
Hey all,
I set up a fictional league (similar to the MLB), in which I'd like some talent coming from HS and College, but to give players stats from their previous level. I know I can add feeder leagues directly through the league setting, and make them affiliated with the Major League of choice. From what I've heard, the affiliated feeder league will have the same PCMs as the parent league. What I'm going for is a few different leagues - for instance, D1 baseball with PCMs of 1.0 for all modifiers, a NCAA D2 with 0.9 for all PCMs, Elite HS with 1.0, Moderate HS with 0.9, Low Level HS with 0.7, etc. Is that possible with affiliated feeder? I'd like to avoid independent college leagues, as I've had strange behavior with those leagues and the draft pool with OOTP19. Thanks! |

From what I've been able to figure out through some research is that HS and College have a pre-set quality level that is hard-coded. I haven't played with trying independent leagues so that may be the only way to fix it.
