jerseys "zoom out" won't work

I set the jerseys to always "zoom out" so the full team name is shown.
But it doesn't work and it won't hold the setting when you return to the setting. I hit refresh and picture update. Any suggestions?

This is working fine in my game. Here are my settings on the File > Settings > 3D & FaceGen page:

Thanks, I went to the setting page and followed your lead. Before I was going to the team page with no results. Your recommendations worked.
