Turn double play rating doesn't increase with fielding rating creation ratio

In testing feeder leagues, I've found that the turn double play rating doesn't increase with the player creation fielding rating. Range and error increase regularly but not tdp. Since the feeder league tdp ratings are 20 percent lower than the quick start draft ratings, this drastically reduces infield amounts.

It almost seems like infield arm rating is getting adjusted instead of tdp. The arm ratings should be unaffected by the fielding modifier which is fine because they're already at the proper level. However it appears that the infield arm rating does change while the tdp stays constant.

I'd add that the catcher ability does not change with the fielding rating either.

With a 1.5 fielding rating modifier, these are the actual changes in average rating:
