"Write report to disk" does not work

Whenever I try to write a report to disk, the browser window shows an error indicating that it cannot reach this page.

1) Go to your team's Player List.
2) Click on Report->Write report to disk.

Observed Result:
A browser window appears and displays an error. If I navigate to that file path on my PC, the file does not exist.

Expected Result:
The report appears in the browser window.

How do I fix this? Thanks.

I had that problem before with this most recent patch. I've had to run the game as administrator and it works that way. It is a pain to do that every time so I'm not sure if there's a better solution.

If you go to the directory where OOTP is installed and right click on the OOTP19.exe icon and then go to 'properties' > 'compatibility' you can select the option to 'run this program as administrator' on that screen and then every time you start the game it will automatically run in admin mode.

Much less of a pain!
