CSV Dump field incorrect

Markus,

Was updating OU for OOTP 19 and realized I think one of the fields in the CSV export is incorrect. Specifically, in leagues.csv, the "current_date" field looks to be stuck on the date it was when the league converted from OOTP 18 to 19. It's not updating at all anymore.

Can you check this? Without this field the utils can't work properly.

Ugh, nevermind, my commish gave me the wrong CSV files.
