Why do teams keep offering me 2B???
For the last year in my game, teams won't stop offering me crappy 2B in trades. It's constant, at least 1 trade proposal per day and it's always a 32, 33, 34 year old 2B that is way worse than my existing player.
My current 2B is 25 years old, just came in second in rookie of the year voting and won a gold glove. He is 3 star potential, and had 3.2 WAR. In the Strength Overview, he's rated 20th (my third-worst position). I triple checked that under "Team Needs" I don't have anything selected. I know I can reject the trades or ignore them, but trying to figure out why I'm getting offer after offer of 2B. I feel like something similar happened before with 3B. |

Is his regular position set to 2b? He's not listed as a 3b who is just playing 2b?

Do you still have an old team need of a 2b in your team need section?

I've noticed (at least I think) that the most likely position that you will get offered is your worst overall on the "Strength Overview" page in the Player Trade section. (Also viewable under "Meet the Team.")

The player is a 2B, playing 2B. It's his only above-average position.
No team need listed at all, including 2B. Strength Overview has 2B as my third-neediest (is that a word?) position. |
