Question pllllease on ratings based on AI Evaluation

If this has been covered somewhere please forgive me, I didn't see it anywhere buttttt I don't see the "Overall Ratings based on AI Evaluation, not pure ratings" thing to click in League settings. Am I missing it somewhere? It use to be under Global Settings correct? I'm hoping I'm just overlooking, can someone chime in to tell me if I'm crazy or not please?

It’s the default now. There is no option to turn it off.
