How to Develop minor league Two-Way players?

Do I need to do anything to make sure a two-way player in the minors gets opportunities at the plate and on the mound, or will the minor league managers make sure to do that?

They should automatically for you. Odds of them making the majors playing both ways should still be very small.

Thanks - and I assumed so, just figured there's a small small chance so I thought I'd make sure I was doing it right.
