Scouting Report differences???

A friend of mine and I play in an online league owning a team together. We both have very busy schedules and coordinate exports, roster moves, etc. (It works well for us). Obviously we both have purchased the game, updated and always download the latest file from the commish.

We have noticed something odd with the scouting reports for the 1st year player draft guys. There are several examples of players who have different reports on both our machines. The summaries are not the same and some of the categories have some differences as well. For example - one pitcher we were both looking at, on my copy of the game the Summary states: "Pitches can get heavy. Sits on the fastball at 93-95." While on my friends the exact same player Summary states: "Top of the rotation profile."

Some players have summaries that while are worded different, kind of point to the same idea but others, like the one above, can be fairly different.

Anyone experienced this? Know why this happens? Are the reports generated dynamically on every computer separately?

I know it's been some years, but unless these are OSA reports, both your teams have their own scouting systems and head scouts, meaning that their evaluations will be different and will result in different reports.
