Help: Draft Pool is Wrong Year

I have been playing a continual league starting with the 1975 season, over the varying versions over the years. I hold the new player draft every offseason. At the end of my 2004 season I moved over to OOTP19. I played out the 2005 season fine. I am now in the 2005 offseason heading into the 2006 season, and instead of populating the draft with players who debuted in 2006, it skipped over those players and populated the draft with players who debuted in 2007. The draft pool should be players who debuted in 2006. Any fix for this?

I backed up my league on the date after the World Series finale, so I can revert back to that to get this fixed.
